Work / Study Exchange and Internships.
Every year we offer spaces for work/study exchanges and internships. You can join our community, learn new things and contribute to ArtDialog's mission. We tailor each position to individual needs, based on people's interest in specific areas of our practice, be it gardening and alternative agricultural practices, homesteading, animal care and farming, building,arts management, social media, experiential education, and our current programs.
Expected

Contribute 4hrs/day with weekends off
Included/Provided -
Shared or private accommodation (depending on capacity)

One meal/day (ArtMill provides groceries and we'll switch off cooking either lunch or dinner for each other)

Access to art supplies, workshops and studios for various mediums and techniques (photostudio, darkroom, woodworking, metalworking, painting, drawing, linocut and more)

Lessons from a certified permaculture designer
This year’s areas of work:
-
Gardening: moving soil, compost, manure, weeding garden beds, sewing seeds mucking stables, animal care, feeding

Spring cleaning of grounds for the season fixing and building fences painting residency spaces
Prior knowledge and skills in these areas are appreciated but not required.
