Farm equipment

We just received our organic certification and are expanding our permaculture farm, which means working by hand isn’t sustainable for our team anymore and our lawnmower-made-tractor is on its last leg. Getting a tractor and more equipment will allow us to haul manure, hay bales, regenerate and overseed our pastures and move into regenerative agriculture in a more efficient way.

Equine therapy program

Students and residents are always drawn to our horses, who naturally regulate our human nervous systems. After a training course for our horses and humans and a new roundpen for sessions, Charlie and Huron are poised to help people heal in an intentional and holistic approach.

This project will let us offer guided equine therapy sessions in our current programs and will help us expand planned programs in the fields of ecosomatics and holistic health.

To build a roundpen: 85 000 CZK (about 3500€)

A 6-month training program for our horses and humans: 70,000 CZK (about 2890€)

Community kitchen

Last year we built an outdoor community kitchen but we’re hoping to expand our programs outside of the summer season and need a warm space for students to gather and cook together.

To get running water and electricity to our community space: 130 000 CZK (about 5370€)

Materials for us to build an indoor kitchen: 30 000 CZK (about 1230€)

Give a scholarship
We provide residencies to artists-at-risk outside of our regular grant or funded programs.

14 000 CZK (about 570€) will cover our costs for accommodation, shared meals, a private studio space and honorarium to an artist for one week.

Plant a tree
In 2025 we planted 60 trees and want to keep going!

We’ll plant a tree in your or a friend’s name.

5000 CZK (about 200€) covers the cost of a 3 to 6-year-old tree, a sign with your name, stakes, fencing and labor.

In addition to our grant programs, we need to start the next year with at least 200,000 CZK (about 8000 EUR) to reach the resiliency we need as a non-profit organization in times when public funding for culture continues to shrink. Spaces like ours now rely on community support more than ever.
